School Improvement Plan

Our School: School Improvement Plan: Lead in

The purpose of school improvement is to improve achievement and outcomes for every student by working to eliminate the ability to predict achievement based on socioeconomic status, race, and ethnicity.

We do this by collaboratively and continuously analyzing data and making decisions considering the unique needs of the learning community and the district's strategic plan.

School Improvement Team

School Improvement

At Lynn Road Elementary, school improvement is a continuous, collaborative process focused on improving achievement and outcomes for every student. Our goal is to eliminate the ability to predict student success based on socioeconomic status, race, or ethnicity.

Through ongoing analysis of data, we make informed decisions that respond to the unique needs of our learning community while aligning with the district’s strategic plan. This work is driven by collaboration among staff, students, families, and school leaders to ensure our efforts remain purposeful and impactful.

To support this work, we have four School Improvement Implementation Teams that focus on targeted goals and action steps: Teaching & Learning, Behavioral Health, Engagement and Climate, and Equity. Together, these teams monitor progress, reflect on data, and lead initiatives that strengthen our school community and ensure every student is supported, valued, and able to thrive.
